To provide the more than 40 Prominent stores with sales-related products and materials on time, Prominent was looking for a way to set up the time-consuming manual process more efficiently. Prominent developed an ordering portal for the stores and transferred more than 80% of the inventory to HCM to handle the orders.

HCM manages the inventory of sales-related products and materials for Prominent and handles incoming orders from the branches on a daily basis. All orders are placed in HCM's ordering environment, order-picked, packaged and shipped or delivered to the appropriate branch. .
