The challenge
Shipping via the best carrier for each destination, for example in the Netherlands with PostNL, Switzerland and Sweden with UPS. All shipments are provided with track and trace functionality. The order receiving process is fully automated and customized so that exceptions and deviations are signaled immediately.
The solution
The entire logistics process is handled by HCM. Orders are delivered in real time, picked, checked, packed and shipped. Special packaging has been developed for optimal protection during transport.

People 4 Hair's order system is linked to the HCM portal for error-free and fast fulfillment. All incoming orders are collected daily by HCM, protectively packed and shipped to hair salons throughout Europe. The track & trace codes of the shipments are shared with the recipients via email to keep track of their shipment.
