HCM 10-step process

DM and Fulfilment projects at HCM go through a
10-step process to ensure that all the details are correct, the quality of the components used has been checked and approved, and we keep a sharp eye on whether the deadline is coming under pressure and we need to find a way to gain time to meet our commitments.

Unburdening the client

The HCM 10-step process ensures that both you and our team are quickly properly informed about the quality and progress of the job. HCM informs clients proactively, so they never have to worry about progress. We ensure that the assignment is closely monitored.

Control of quality and critical process steps

Our treatment starts with listening and thinking along. Relies on structured information and communication about the critical steps in the treatment process. Provides visual inspection and reporting of the various components and the final result, which we always submit to the client for approval. Finally, we share logistical information about delivery - when it was delivered where and to whom. So that no misunderstandings can arise about that either.
